Dom Pérignon 2008 is a vintage champagne that reflects an exceptional vintage, with a balance between freshness and maturity. Production Method : Champenoise Method. Grapes from Grand Cru vineyards, hand-picked. Partial fermentation in steel and partial in barriques, secondary fermentation in the bottle with a minimum aging of 7-8 years on the lees.
