Dom Pérignon 2008 is a vintage champagne that reflects an exceptional vintage, with a balance between freshness and maturity. A deep gold in color with fine bubbles, it offers a bouquet of ripe white fruit, brioche, toasted hazelnuts, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is creamy, with a powerful structure and a lingering finish. Ideal for tastings or exclusive events, it has aging potential until 2040.


Production Method : Champenoise Method. Grapes from Grand Cru vineyards, hand-picked. Partial fermentation in steel and partial in barriques, secondary fermentation in the bottle with a minimum aging of 7-8 years on the lees.


Pairings: Oysters, caviar, noble poultry, aged cheeses.
