The 2022 Cerdena from Argiolas is a Sardinian white wine of great finesse, a modern interpretation of the native Nuragus grape. In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it expresses delicate and distinct aromas of white flowers, fresh citrus, green apple, and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is fresh, harmonious, and smooth, with a pleasant savory finish and a clean, minerally finish. An elegant and immediate wine, capable of expressing Sardinia with lightness and precision.

 Production Method: Conventional. The grapes are 100% Nuragus , sourced from select vineyards located in the hilly areas of southern Sardinia. The harvest is manual, with picking during the coolest hours to preserve the aromatic integrity and acidity. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, without maceration on the skins. The wine ages exclusively in steel for several months, followed by a brief bottle aging before release, to maintain freshness, fragrance, and varietal character.

 Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif and paired with seafood, shellfish, shellfish, light appetizers, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with simple yet refined Mediterranean cuisine.
