 A Cannonau di Sardegna DOC that embodies the essence of Mamoiada. From centuries-old vines grown organically on granite soils, this wine reveals an intense bouquet of red fruits, wild spices and mineral notes. Aged 24 months in large barrels, it offers an elegant, structured and persistent smile. Perfect for lovers of authentic and territorial reds.
 Organic Production Method Cannonau vines aged 80-90 years, cultivated without chemicals, on granite soils at 700 m above sea level. Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maceration for 20-30 days. Aged for 24 months in large oak barrels, without filtration, with minimal sulfur. Limited production (1000-2000 bottles).
 Perfect pairing with roast lamb with Sardinian herbs, where the soft tannins and spicy notes of the wine blend with the juiciness of the meat, enhancing its flavours.
