Tenuta dell'Ornellaia's 2022 Ornellaia DOC represents the pinnacle of Bolgheri's terroir: a wine that combines prestige, depth, and finesse in perfect balance.  Conventional Production Method : The wine is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. The grapes are hand-picked with rigorous selection. Fermentation occurs separately by variety, with maceration in steel and cement vats, followed by approximately 18 months of aging in barriques, plus further bottle aging before release.
