Francesco Cadinu's Mattio Granazza 2024 is a rare and fascinating white wine, produced from an ancient native Sardinian grape variety, Granazza, organically grown in Mamoiada. This bright straw yellow offers a bouquet of white flowers, green apple, citrus fruits and a mineral note that recalls the granite of the territory. Vinified and aged in steel to preserve its freshness, it stands out for its lively and savory palate, with a dry and slightly herbaceous finish. The fresh 2024 vintage makes this wine an excellent choice to accompany seafood dishes or as a summer aperitif.
Production Method Organic, manual harvest, soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation in steel at controlled temperature (16-18 °C) for 10-12 days, refinement in steel for 6 months, bottling without filtration, production limited to approximately 1000 bottles.
Pairings Grilled fish, seafood, stuffed vegetables.
