Brut di Abate Nero is a Trento DOC that embodies the elegance of mountain bubbles, produced with grapes grown on gravelly, mineral-rich soils. This straw-yellow sparkling wine with golden reflections offers a fine and persistent perlage, with a bouquet of golden apple, bread crust, white flowers and a hint of almond. Aged on the lees for at least 24 months, it stands out for its fresh and creamy palate, with a lively bubble and a dry and mineral finish. A versatile brut, perfect for aperitifs or to accompany fish and shellfish dishes.
Conventional Production Method ( Classic Method), manual harvest, soft pressing, fermentation in steel, second fermentation in the bottle with refinement on the yeasts for at least 24 months, brut dosage (approximately 6-8 g/l of sugar).
