Production Method: Conventional, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 90 days with maceration on the skins, maturation 6 months in steel, refinement 36 months in large 35 hl Slavonian oak barrels, further refinement in the bottle for at least 24 months
