Giacomo Fenocchio's Barolo Riserva Bussia 90 dì 2016 is a masterpiece from Monforte d'Alba, the result of a 90-day maceration that enhances its complexity. This garnet red with orange highlights offers a broad and deep bouquet of black cherry, dried rose, truffle, leather and oriental spices. Aged for 36 months in large oak barrels and a further 24 months in the bottle, it stands out for its imposing structure, velvety tannins and surprising freshness, with a rich and endless finish. A Barolo Riserva of rare intensity, an emblem of the Langhe tradition and ideal for collectors or special occasions.

Production Method: Conventional, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 90 days with maceration on the skins, maturation 6 months in steel, refinement 36 months in large 35 hl Slavonian oak barrels, further refinement in the bottle for at least 24 months
