Giacomo Fenocchio's Barolo Bussia 2019 is the authentic expression of the heart of Monforte d'Alba, a 4-hectare cru on clay and limestone soils facing south-west. This intense garnet red seduces with a bouquet of black cherry, dried rose, sweet spices and notes of leather, enriched by a mineral vein that underlines its terroir. Aged for 30 months in large oak barrels, it presents itself with a rich and enveloping structure, vigorous but elegant tannins and a deep and persistent finish. A Barolo that celebrates tradition, perfect for long aging or to accompany important dishes.

Production Method: Conventional, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 40 days with maceration on the skins, maturation 6 months in steel, refinement 30 months in large 35 hl Slavonian oak barrels, further refinement in the bottle for at least 12 months

Pairings: Game, roasts, mature cheeses
