Paolo Scavino's Barolo Bric dël Fiasc 2020 is an icon of Castiglione Falletto, born from the Bric dël Fiasc cru, a 3-hectare vineyard on soils rich in marl and sandstone. This intense ruby red with garnet reflections offers a complex bouquet of ripe cherry, wild rose, licorice and dark spices, with a mineral note that amplifies its depth. Aged for 24 months between barriques and large barrels, it stands out for its powerful and enveloping structure, robust but well-integrated tannins and a persistent and spicy finish. A Barolo of great character, perfect for those seeking intensity and longevity.
