Penderyn Madeira is the flagship of the first Welsh distillery in over a century, a single malt that celebrates the revival of whisky in Wales. Distilled in a single Faraday still with a rectifying column, this pale golden liquid offers a fresh and inviting bouquet of creamy toffee, ripe fruit, raisins and a delicate hint of vanilla, resulting from the maturation in ex-Madeira casks after initial maturation in bourbon casks.  Production Method Artisan distilled in a single column Faraday still with purifier, using malted barley and Brecon Beacons spring water. Initial maturation in ex-bourbon American oak casks, followed by maturation in ex-Madeira casks to enrich the flavour profile. Bottled at 46% abv without chill filtration to preserve the natural oils and complexity.
