 Production Method Distilled in traditional copper stills, using malted barley lightly smoked with peat (12ppm). Matured for 9 years in first and second fill ex-bourbon casks, followed by 1 year in ex-sherry Oloroso casks. Bottled at 43% vol without chill filtration.
